Do not give this business your 50% deposit. They had my $6884 of mine for four months .They will not answer phone calls or emails requesting them to do the work.
I believe many other people have been caught and believe their excuses. They were contacted at the beginning of august 2014 and is yet to respond to me with an installation date.
Beware
I know how you feel mate, we have had the same issues. We also paid our deposit and are still waiting 4 months later.After many calls/emails with no or very limited communication. we are now considering legal advise for the return of our deposit. Would not recommend ELEMENT ENERGY AT ALL.
