I first came to Element hair after a pretty disastrous dye experience at another salon and can honestly say I have never been happier.
Not only do they listen and help you choose the perfect colour or style to suit you, but they place close attention to your own unique hair texture to achieve the optimum result.
Nicolas has taken care of me and is definitely the best person to go to for a beautiful blonde or balayage.
I always leave feeling so glamorous and don't see myself going elsewhere anytime soon!

I've just had my first experience at Element Hair and it's safe to say (without exaggeration) it has actually changed my life. Josh, the Creative Director, is a miracle worker. I have super damaged (flat ironed, chemically straightened, keratin treated etc) very naturally curly hair that I have hated as long as I can remember. This is the first cut and colour I have ever had that has made me love my curls and can even still be worn straightened if I wish! He has given me so much time/life back that used to be taken up heat styling! He did an excellent job of creating exactly what I wanted and needed, even when I just threw around generalised terms for what I envisioned. The best salon in Sydney by far. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the friendly smiling staff who immediately offer to take your coat, sit you down comfortably and provide you with fashion magazines and a glass of water. Corrine is an exceptional colourist- truly one of a kind-and Josh styles hair beautifully. Nicholas and Kylie are also incredible. The salon is especially good if you want to go lighter. While other salons can over bleach and leave your hair damaged and difficult to maintain long term, after an Element appointment my hair always feels healthy, bouncy, weightless and very soft (especially when I add the deluxe hot-oil treatment) and the effect is long lasting, not to mention my colour is beautifully blended and natural looking and compliments my skin tone--they always nail it every time without fail. I am so glad I went to Element. I am getting married in 1 month and went to another VERY well known hairdresser to start making my (naturally light brown hair) blonder. After 2 appointments and $700 later, I was left with yellow hair and looked like I had died my hair myself using a packet from the supermarket. I was so distraught and needed help. I read the reviews on Google and saw that Element had a reputation for doing blonde hair well. I went last night and Karen transformed my hair. She did an amazing colour correction, my hair is now a light clean blonde with not a hint of yellow. All the staff were so friendly and I was welcomed as though I had been going there for years. Karen took the time to really listen to what I wanted and consulted with other colleagues to get their opinions too. I really felt so relaxed and knew that she would fix my hair.
