I bought a deal off groupon for a facial.. and I regretted it from the moment I walked in..
I rated this place 1 star only because I have to on this site.. But I would give it no stars..
Firstly, the place was totally run down.
The staff was rude.. the staff was on mobile phone and took a good few minutes until the staff acknowledged I was there.
They made me feel horrible from the moment we met.. they had the attitude that would much rather be elsewhere and that I was a big waste of their time..
During the session, they kept telling me how dry my skin was the staff seemed completely bored and overall rude.
When the session was complete, I was meant to receive vouchers for my next few visits which thery did not even offer me but I did not even bother asking as I knew I would never step foot in there again even if its free.. and I most definitely would not recommend this place to anybody. Don't bother!
