I have rented various properties through elephant property, and in my opinion this is the worst real estate that I have ever dealt with. They are not very pleasant or easy to deal with, they have to have everything done there way.
Dear Aaron, In regards to your comment above, as we've explained to you on numerous occasions, it is not appropriate that you ban tradespeople from entering the property you are renting or try to specify which tradespeople may attend when we are attempting to rectify maintenance issues. We need to act in the interests of the owner of the property to ensure the property's ongoing upkeep. I'm sorry that you're dissatisfied with our procedures in regards to this, and while we will at all times attempt to be fair to all parties, we cannot allow a tenant to behave in such a manner.
