Last Friday I ran completely out of gas, silly I know but these things happen, after ordering an urgent delivery online I called the Sunshine Coast centre to see if they could assist. The lady at the call centre was very abrupt and quiet rude telling me they would get there when they could. I was thrown by the attitude and asked what I was to do about bathing or cooking for the estimated 4 day wait. It wasn’t until the Monday when I checked the app that I saw that my order had been canceled. Getting pretty upset by that stage I reordered and made another call. I waited online for 20min to get a lovely lady in the New Zealand who apologised for the mess and said she would contact the Sunshine Coast centre to see what could be done. Well I got a text message saying they would get to me ASAP and when I checked the app they delayed my delivery for another week. What on earth Elgas this is the worst service ever.
