Good in store service but as far as after sales service absolutely appalling. Didn't want to know when the Bosch items broke down and weren't even helpful with contact numbers for us to get repairs on the two year old appliances. This is the very first time I've written a negative review but I certainly won't be entering this store again. This morning my third Bosch appliance has broken down. So that's a fridge/ freezer with a non working freezer, a clothes dryer with all its bits actually come off and a washing machine with the bits come off and now the door is locked. Not happy at all.

We visited here last weekend and dealt with a very charming young lady. All of our concerns and questions were addressed on the spot, which allowed us to make a selection of our new appliances. All very easy and straight forward. We will be doing all of our electrical purchases here from now on.
