Bridesmaid dresses had faulty zips, 1 of the zips broke on the wedding day! Staff refused to help me out as I had signed a form saying no returns or refunds. Disappointing as you’d think they’d help a bride on her wedding day in such an emergency. Staff were rude when we tried and purchased dresses, spent almost $2,000 and was told each dress would have a bag for themselves, when I picked the dresses up all 3 dresses were in 1 bag.
I wouldn’t recommend this store for future brides unless they had an alterations person on hand on their wedding day!
My dress was beautiful, no issues and everyone complimented how beautiful it was.

Amazing day we had with the ladies and gents from Elite Bridal, the consultations bookings are well worth it the experience. My sister and ivwere welcomed with smiles, Champaign and nibbles making our experience so much easier to choose with the exceptional customer service we were given from the time we arrived. She Said Yes to dress fabulous team at the Elite Bridal.

I don't really like having to give my details as i enter a store. To me it says "marketing".
The staff were very helpful and showed me some lovely gowns but sadly i did not find what i was looking for.
