Little bit disappointed today . Made an appointment yesterday with a particular hairdresser , drove from gawler to teatree gully . Not exactly just around the corner ! When I got there I was told the hairdresser I had asked for no longer worked there . This is probably typical of a lot of salons . The hairdresser who did my hair was lovely but it would have nice to have been told
I was disappointed with the service I received from this salon. I called to clarify details of a deals.com.au offer of cut/blowdry/treatment and colour for $59 (short-med hair ) so that I could understand if I could use the voucher for colouring my roots (even though I had long hair). I was told this was ok and that I could go directly through them for the same offer and they would just charge $52. They called back as they needed to reschedule with the excuse that they had someone resign and I again checked the pricing. When I got to the salon, after the colour had been put on, I was told that the blow dry was not included and would be extra and also that they didn't have time as I had such long hair. When I came home I noticed that my roots had not being dyed properly and I still had white hairs showing at my roots.
The offer was for a full colour, cut, blowdry It was agreed to use colour on roots only.However, client did not explain that hair was thick & past their waist requiring extra time and products but offer was honored.
Client requested a blow dry and straightener. It was explained that only one was included in quoted price. The hair colour applied was permanent. It is impossible for a few hairs to remain white.The hairdresser has 30 years experience and knows they were all covered.It should be noted that the client brought their baby with them who cried constantly and it was their choice to leave without completing the blow dry as the child was becoming increasingly distressed.It's not an ...read more
