Amazing! ELITE Health Club have the best personal trainers in Sydney and are for anyone who wants serious results. They say they are the "body transformation experts" and I would have to agree I went from 18% body fat to 11% and I'm stronger than ever. Highly recommended if youre willing to pay for the best.
