After enquiring about the cost of a new toner for my laser printer one afternoon, in less than 30 minutes I had a response from them. I was also asked if I would like it to be delivered to me. As I was happy with the price I requested it be delivered, and received it the next morning! They also sent me confirmation that it was on its was soon after I put the order through.
