Booked in to get my chest and back waxed and left with my skin skin weeping from over Waxing which the technician blamed me for not saying it hurt, doesn’t waxing hurt in general? How was I to know?. I had to get medical treatment from a GP. The manager offered to pay medical costs and time off work however when I accepted there offer I was contacted by their public liability insurance and threatened. 5 year loyal customer. Loved my facial and waxing today,Very professional ,the best I've had.The girls are all lovely in this shop,very friendly and even gave me samples to try befor I buy and a great discount with their packs that they offer on all treatments ,I would highly recommend them .Thank you ,Jules
Been to this Salon several times over the last few months for various treatments and always feel great afterwards. I put this down to the professionalism, skills and friendly nature of the staff.

What a waste of money! Went for an eyebrow tint and wax. 'Beautician' didn't even know how to apply wax in the direction of the hair growth! Result: broken hairs and stubble regrowth. Won't be back. Expect better from Ella Bache.
so gc..... I possibly can not believe your comments considering I have been attending this salon since they opened and have never had a problem what so ever. I have always had the best experience and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. and their waxing has always been amazing. I would recommend all their services. I have been to many salon's before and never have I received the care and attention to detail like I have at Ella Bache Benowa.
