Complete price gouge: $25 for a 2-3 minute wax treatment. In other EB salons I've paid up to $10 for the same thing or had it for free when getting other treatments. I don't care if these are franchises and price lists differ from one salon to the next, basic commonsense and goodwill you think would prevail. The service here has always at best been indifferent. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Sad to see consistent bad reviews year after year. My experience of that salon is that prices arent cheap but customer service is very cheap. After leaving a gap in my eyebrows, the management recommended a powder they sell to fill the gap till regrowth. They didnt offer the powder as a symbolic form of compensation, so it was my responsibility to buy a product to cover the gap they had caused. Following complaint, management went to buy a $13.95 pencil in lieu of the product they sell and highly recommend or another product of similar value and aligned with Ella Bache profile and standards. I have contacted the head office and hopefully they will look into it, to review poor practices of current management and rescue Ella Baches reputation.

It was my first visit to this salon, i was a bit late (10 minutes) while trying to locate the place and the staff who served me cut my appointment time by 15 minutes, did a rush job and did not ask me any questions as a first time visitor. It's very disappointing for a company that used to have a great reputation. I would not use Ella Bache again.

Kellyreddy i know exactly where your coming from. I had a similar experiance about a year ago. They were rude and offensive towards me. I wanted to relax while i was having my facial and all they were concerned about was asking me personal questions.If they concentrated on her work instead of my personal life, Maybe i wouldn't have ended up so unhappy. Instead of leaving relaxed and hair free i left with a rash on my face. Later that night i noticed little blisters on my bikini line. I thought the wax was a little hot at the time but felt to uncomfortable to say anything. For many months after, the outline of the rash was still noticeable.

The worst experience i have ever had. Save yourself the time, money and hassle. Never ever would go here evan if it was free.Also i would never recommend anyone. If you like hair on your legs,arms and brazillian after they have waxed you, scars from all the pimples they squeezed, Red rashes over your face and insulted the whole time you are their then by all means go to this place. But if you want a professional salon who treats you with respect and delivers results then stay away from this place.
