Dear Kaysie, I completely understand your frustration with your booking, I assure you that is the last thing we would ever want to happen. When I returned it the first thing that I was told, the ladies were very stressed about what happened and I was devastated when I realised what I had done and have since apologized profusely on numerous occasions. It was a huge error on my part and a complete misunderstanding. I apologised to your Mum in person when she came in to see me as well as again by e-mail to you when your Mum said you hadnt got my telephone message. . We would have loved to have made it up to you and that is why I originally offered the massages as soon as I returned, but your request of gift vouchers for another salon is unfortunately just not possible. Again, my sincerest apologies, we would never under any circumstances just cancel a booking, it was truly a mistake and misunderstanding on my part.
