So happy with my appointment today - really lovely staff who made me feel completely comfortable for a first time visit. I had 3 different treatments and was really pleased with all of them. Also booked me in at very short notice. 100% recommended.

I visited the salon on Thursday for a one hour massage and facial with Carly. She has been my therapist for over a year and her treatments are simply devine. I have had treatments all over the world and there is nothing that compares with hers! All the girls are super friendly and I love that I always get goodies when I purchase products. APPALLING GIFT VOUCHER POLICY, to change an appointment here when you are ill the salon charges your voucher 20%
Don't give out your voucher number when you book!, I will NEVER go here again, they would force you to attend when I'll without any care for their staff!
Hi Jan Davis, thank you for your message. Unfortunately when you book a two hour long appointment on a Saturday we hold that time specifically for you and turn away lots of other lovely clients who would also like that time. We just ask that in return your provide the salon with 24 hours notice so that if you would like to cancel we can book other clients in.
We take a 50% deposit from all clients booking appointments over two hours, not just Gift Voucher clients and we advise our cancellation policy over the phone when making the appointment, on our Gift Vouchers and also on our menu.
Although we appreciate that other circumstances may arise, unfortunately we cannot fill a two hour long appointment when we receive cancellations two hours prior.
Eej, I too have been subjected to the poor treatment of this salon. I have been spoken to appallingly by the shops owner and treated with such disrespect. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store including an IPL package that cost me a fortune. I too work in a highly stressful and demanding environment and when I get called into work due to an emergency I do not expect to have my already pre paid IPL treatment taken off of me and not allowed to use it again.Not only was i not allowed to use it but i was also never told of this "policy" they tend to inflict on their clients. This is only one of the reasons I left this store and found myself a caring and lovely store. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing.
