I've been here for facials before, and I've always had a very relaxing experience. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I've also been here to have Shellac nails done. The technicians had no idea what they were doing. The coats were so thick that they'd wrinkle and shrink from the UV lamp. I'm never having my nails done here again.

When I phoned they said they performed extractions, yet when I got there they said they don't perform them, the beautician thought it was hilarious when she accidentally slapped a hand full of mouth cream in my mouth as she felt compelled to chat and was quite rough around my eye area, never again, waste of money and time.
