Most unrelaxing, unprofessional and outright terrible facial I have ever received. The beauty therapist was rough when removing all of the products, felt like she was trying to scrub my skin off instead of the products.
It was very difficult to relax whilst the therapist continuously talking, fumbling with equipment and bumping the chair making it feel more like a theme park ride than a facial.
Being practically waterboarded by having a wet face towel placed over my face was not a great feeling. I also did not appreciate being told my skin was "disgusting" either.
I left feeling worse than I went in with my face still covered in product which the therapist failed to remove.
Terrible staff, terrible service, waste of money.
I visited this Kotara salon for a facial this week.... I will NOT be back.
The front desk staff were not welcoming at all, the facial room did not look clean nor did the towels on the facial bed. The facial bed was pushed right up against the wall & my legs and feet were not comfortable at all whilst hitting the wall.
The therapist was just perfunctory in her routine and literally slapped cold product on my face during the facial. NOT a pleasant experience at all!!
Do youself a favour ... find somewhere else to go for your beauty treatments & don't waste your hard earned money here.
I found my experience here extremely unsatisfactory. The staff were extremely rude and snobby as they did not want a bar of conversation. If I wanted to be treated like dirt I would have gone to a less prestigious salon. You can be assured that I definitely will not be coming back
