My wife had booked her self a facial and asked me to drop her off. Traffic was a little worse than expected and we arrived a few mins late. Upon presenting herself, the lady behind the desk was clearly agitated by us arriving a few mins late. She turned to my wife and said 'hurry up, quick quick get in' whilst pushing my wife into her room.
NOBODY treats my wife like that, let alone a clinic that's suppose to present a relaxing atmosphere and service.
I grabbed my wife and told her we're leaving. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, especially a business that relies on customer service.

The worst place to go For a facial for so many reason. First the music they play during treatments is unprofessional, loud and not creating a relaxing atmosphere. Secondly if you buy a treatment package be aware their machines are constantly in for a repair. Thirdly, there is no attempt to make you feel relaxed. Rooms are overcrowded. The bed linens are dirty. The doors to the treatment room are broken, so after your treatment you are left alone to get dressed and can't get out. Just overall not a great experience and they charge the same price for a day spa. Not happy and will never go back.
First time at this place and the beautician did a skin check using one of the machines at the front of the shop. Specifically mentioned that I had sensitive skin and did not want any treatment involving skin lightening but wanted treatment for blackheads and acne. They recommended 2 facials Coffee berry and Oxygen facial.
I later found out that the treatment was not aimed at treating acne or blackheads.
Was ok at the time of completion but after washing my face when I got home, my face started itching and I had red raised bumps. Was not a pleasant night at all!
