Go in for facial($120) .. walk out paying $218 and didn't even get facial! At their pre treatment consult they run through what they will do today.. a 3 step process.. blah blah.. point to things on a sheet of paper (incredibly small writing).. I believed they were tailoring the $120 facial to my skins needs.. no.. they were tailoring my appt to fill their need for increased sales.. at no point was I told any of their suggestions were at an additional cost, and that I wasn't getting the facial I booked. My sister had also booked a facial and they tried the same deceptive sales technique on her but as she had been caught out previously she insisted on only getting the facial she had booked. Part way through my treatment I sat up and said.. this is not like any other facial I have had.. when will you start the facial.. and her reply was 'this is the treatment you agreed on' and I said.. but I just wanted a facial.. I love Ella Rouge. Every time i visit Ella Rouge at Chatswood Westfields the ladies there are very welcoming and helpful with what is best for my skin at the current time. The manager there has great customer service skills the best I've experienced at any salon. I feel very comfortable there. Very happy client.

I have had a terrible experience with this salon. For my year 12 formal one of the girls was very rushed with my eyebrows and left them looking crooked and mishappen. I also reacted to one of the products they offered me and they were not willing to give me a refund despite having a huge allergic reaction on my face. Very disappointing.

Walked in for the first time on the weekend and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with appointments and products and didn't give me the usual 'sales pitch' that you would usually get from a salon. Very impressed and will definitely be back!

First time i walked into this salon, there was a staff sitting and was on the computer didnt even notice that i was there after waiting ten mins the staff excused and apologized, that staff was very rude and with a rude accent staff said what do you want? being a nice customer with manners i asked for an eye brow wax so staff took me in and was very rough and not only that the staff took of half of my eye brow which i am growing back till now, was inexperienced and rude. i never went back.
