DON'T EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS CLEANING SERVICE! I recently paid $300 (cash on the day) to clean a unit for 'vacate premises' at end of lease. When I rang to complain about what they'd done (or hadn't done, more to the point) there were endless excuses. The cost (not cheap) included carpet cleaning however I have no idea what was done in the 4 - 5 hours I supposedly paid for. The oven (obviously a priority) was not touched. The real estate agent refused bond refund application until I had gone back to the unit and completed cleaning to standards. Despite repeated requests for a receipt to present to my real estate, none was ever issued.

I would not recommend this cleaning business to anyone. I had a cleaning service provided and it was appalling! Also the organisation of my clean was terrible!
