I ride many horses a day, leaving me tired sore and stuff. Today I had my hips dry needled, stretched my hamstrings and my sacrum released to lengthen my right leg to make my body even and stop my lower back pain. After my intense session, I had to lengthen my right stirrup when I got home to ride as they felt uneven. This was the best massage iv ever had. Thanks to the amazing crew at ERM FOR LOOKING AFTER ME!!
I see Doug for a Remedial Massage every 3 weeks or so. I work in the fitness industry and so I really put my body through its paces.
I have experienced dry needling, cupping deep tissue massage and stretches. Not only does Doug always figure out the perfect treatment plan for me and "fix" whatever is troubling me, he is happy to ease my enquisitive mind and explaing why he is doing something and how it works, he always leaves me with "homework" so I can look after my muscles between visits. Doug has also referred me to other extremely good practitioners when he felt it was necessary, including a podiatrist.
I rate this service at a 10/10 and consider myself a frequent flyer (2 years and going)
Very happy with the treatment I had with Manual Lymphatic Drainage. After going elsewhere with unsuccessful results and remaining in pain for 2 years, they did a great job, really listened to my problems and customised the treatment to suit me. Woke up pain free for the first time in two years. Very happy and will be back again soon. Would highly recommend.
Definitely the best massage I've had this year. They knew exactly what areas to target. The pressure was perfect for me. The techniques used were skill-full and executed with intention and care. I felt save and comfortable at all times. Best of all, I had heaps more movement in my neck afterwards. I wish I could have one every week. It was worth every cent and I can't wait for my next one !!
