The staff do not come across as very friendly on email or the telephone, but they are actually very nice when you meet them (perhaps they are very busy). The range of trees is enormous and all look to be in good health.
I purchased a tree almost three metres high, however, it has a very significant bend in it, which I am told is due to the plant leaning towards the sunlight. This may be due to the trees growing too close together? I would suggest having a large amount of time to look at the trees to assess them before collecting them. Another option would be to perhaps purchase a less mature tree if you wish to avoid the lean in the plant.
Otherwise, the tree is in extremely good health, and I am very happy with the service and the purchase.
