I was looking at a couple of properties to purchase I found that Elliot Michaels never returned my calls and found the reception staff very rude and aggressive over the phone, which put me off calling, this is why I ended up going else where to utilise my money and time and purchased a property through a organised well mannered company! I would never recommend this Realtor at all most phone based calls start from reception staff needs a lot to learn when it comes to mannerisms mad reception especially to us elderly, so I took my business elsewhere and am now settled in my new home....
Highly un professional in all aspects, I myself am currently renting a property through Elliot Michaels and unfortunately signed a 12 month lease with them am currently on my seventh month my first bad experience with the agency was the day I moved into the the property I now reside, when picking up the key fro the property management to move in with the removal company waiting at the property, the property ,management then and there told me that the old tenants have left furniture and other belongings behind and it\'s all locked in the shed out the back and that under NO circumstances am I allowed to open the shed the shed would also be under lock and key that the property management had a hold of, I stood there in shock as my understanding the dwelling should be fully vacant and cleaned for the new tenants, I had no time to ask questions there and then as the removal company was waiting for me to unlock the doors to move in, when I arrived I ...read more
I felt no one worked at the reality as no one would get back to me in regards to two properties for sale, and the reception staff very aggressive and rude!! I ended up going else where as they were not quick enough in returning my calls!
