Awful and dishonest service. Would not recommend.

I can only advise that you do not use this service. As a tenant at one of their managed properties, I found myself living in a brand new apartment with a number of teething issues: Security - windows were not lockable, electricity was not working at some outlets, and hot water was disconnected. The agent did nothing to chase these and I was forced to pursue the individual tradies involved with the build to rectify the issues. Furthermore, the agent provided misinformation around the fitting of a washing machine in the allotted space. The actual solution was that the machine needed to be modified by having the top removed, I was told I needed to buy a smaller machine which I did after offloading my perfectly functional machine cheap and buying a new one which of course didn't fit. Not impressed. Unnecessary advertising even after tenant was found. When questioned regarding this, began avoiding answers & dodging phone calls.

They seem to cater primarily for their clients(tenants), not the landlord who actually pays them!
