If I could rate Elmo Accredited (Studywell College) any lower than half a star I would.
Firstly, the way the course is structured makes it almost impossible to complete the workbook. The layout is ridiculous, and the information is very vague.
Secondly, the help from the assessors/trainers is pathetic. After reading the learner handbook, you will have a million questions that you need answered, but instead of answering the questions properly the assessors just copy and paste exactly what was written in the workbook. No help AT ALL. After sending mulitiple emails demanding for more in depth information - the assessor attempted to help me, but responded with the worst spelling and grammar I could imagine. Course material for cert 4 work health and safety was convoluted assessment material hard to understand with frequent typing mistakes and wrong numbered questions in relation to course support material. I initially enrolled in two courses however after I realised how bad the first course was I asked for a refund on the second course that I had not started but was refused at first. I had to push hard to eventually receive the refund and then it was less than the amount that I paid because the course price went down after I enrolled! 9 weeks after finally completing this horrible course and I still have not received my hardcopy certificate! After getting dismayed at their poor quality materials I googled reviews on ELMO Accredited which is now called Studywell College and found other poor reviews to which their standard response seems to be - We can't find you in the system so this must be a non genuine review. I don't normally do reviews, but I felt the need to review Elmo Accredited to warn others to stay away. This company offers terrible training. The TAE offered by Elmo Accredited is extremely convoluted, full of errors and requires updating. There is no assessor support from this company and nor reply to emails or phone calls. Dont make my mistake, go with another training provider.
