Hi, my name is Glynis and I am a Community Volunteer, Marriage Celebrant and Justice of the Peace, for Weddings ANYWHERE IN SYDNEY, CITY, & SURROUNDS. I will work closely with you to give you the ceremony "you" want. It's "your" day, it "should" be all about "you", and you should get what "you want". For weddings: I can do the short and sweet "let's just get married and start our lives together" ceremony or the longer "been dreaming of this day all my life" ceremony with poems, readings, prose, rituals etc. ... and anything in between. Prices start at the same price as a Registry Office ceremony, but will be much more personal and intimate. All ceremonies are personalised to your particular wants.

And you will be getting married (or have your ceremony performed) by "someone who really cares". Someone who devotes their spare time to volunteering in the community. Volunteer of the Year Sydney Inner West 2009, Co-Founder & President of Community First Aid Sydney Inc. (providing first aid at community events all over Sydney - most recent - 2012 Leichhardt soccer season, 2012 Jobs Expo, The 2011 Davis Cup Tennis, 2011 Retirement & Lifestyle Expo), Caseworker fulltime for 6 months working with the victims of the World Trade Centre disaster in New York (at that time we lived 1 block from the WTC's and were, ourselves, displaced for 5-6 weeks), Team Leader in one of Australia's largest disaster support service organisations (NSW fires March 2013, deployed to Griffith in March for 2012 floods, flown to Qld to run support in a Relief Centre Jan 2011 floods, 2009 - manned the emergency phones for Qld/NSW 2012/2011 floods and the Vic bushfires, 2007 knocked door-to-door in the Newcastle floods etc).
