It was the worse conveyancing experience that we had. First time when we called, there is a woman named Dana. She picked up the phone and telling us that we need to pay $150 to do conveyancing service. I knew that the other conveyancers charge nothing for reading contracts for the first three times. But I thought that is ok if we pay and get a better service. I emailed her our contract and she replied quickly with 2 to 3 lines telling us that the telephone and electricity are not connected to the property and the property is not in bush fire area. These two are the ones that are in bold in each contract and even a person knowing nothing about contract knows them.
