Never have I had such horrible customer service. The person who served me was so unwilling to help and could not care less about what I was saying. Even though I was unhappy with the way it had turned out, offered me no solution or empathy and was so rude, I was more shocked and appalled at the way staff was talking to me than the fact that didn't want to help find a solution. It's easy to say I will never be going back there and stearing everyone I know away from there. If you are looking for an embroidery place I would not recommend this to anyone.
