If your looking for good customer service and prompt product delivery you will not find it here. I have never been spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully by shop management - they are simply just trying to make a profit. Customer service comes across as a chore. I was flat out refused an exchange/refund on a faulty item - it took me over a month to get the exchange I was entitled to. There are not enough sample sizes in store so instead you are expected to select products out of a catalogue. If the product doesn't fit you are not entitled to an exchange. You receive better service off a computer screen. Don't waste your time. Quality of product varies depending on the item, most are ok. However, your better off buying items online or at another EmbroideMe franchise simply based on the subpar customer service here. I definitely will not return and have taken my business elsewhere.
