We have recently used EmbroideMe Norwest for new Corporate Uniforms for our company. The advice provided in relation to our requirements was outstanding and achieved exactly what we were after to meet the diversified needs of our office. Communication with our office was frequent, so we were always aware of how our order was progressing at all times. Timeframes for the collection of the uniforms was ahead of schedule. All of our needs were accommodated without issue & a sense of humour! It was a pleasure doing business with the Steve, Hayley & the Team. Highly recommended!!!!

I have used the team at EmbroidMe several times for my companies corporate uniforms and have found the staff to be extremely helpful. It is always hard trying to pick from a large array of available items, and not once did the salespeople make me feel like I was wasting their time. They were happy to show me catalogue after catalogue and spend as much time as required until they knew I was happy with my choices. I will be using them again when required and would highly recommend them for any clothing or promotional needs. Thanks again guys!

Very dissappointed with the customer service I recieved at this Embroid Me branch. I walked in off the street around mid-day enquiring about getting a bulky quantity of rubber coasters printed up and there was a staff member sitting at a desk with what seemed like a customer chatting away. They asked one of the other staff from the back to come and attend to me. They collected my details (email, mobile number, etc) and information about what I wanted to order and assured me they would pass it onto the staff member who was sitting at the desk to reply to me by 5pm that day.



I never heard back from anyone via email or telephone by 5pm, or since. Looks like they didn't want my business.
