Went to use my 10 swim pass card which they couldn't find in their system. I had used it previously and they had just upgraded their computer system so chances are the information was lost. After waiting for 20 mins for the manager to get off the phone and no employee willing to help the trainee at the desk i was finally informed that i had to prove i had paid for the card by emailing them a copy of my bank account statement. Draw your own conclusions.
Don't take your kids here expecting a fun time, they'll leave disappointed after watching the vacation care kids enjoying the blow up attractions & slides but not being allowed on themselves. We paid our entry fee with no warning all amenities wouldn't be available to us. It's clear the average customer paying for a recreational swim is not a priority to management. They were misleading & quite rude telling me my kids would be able to use the slide etc when vacation care kids were done only to see them closed down as soon as the kids paying premium for vacation care were done. Have also had to pull my child out of swim school here after class over crowding & constant changing of teachers & failure to progress through levels because of these inconsistencies. Not to mention the time two boys nearly drowned unbeknownst to swim instructor or life guards on duty.
