Totally disagree,

when we have a verbal contract and we both agree that the 'splash back' was an extra ,when it came to payment i didn't expect this treatment.

it was also very uncomfortable working in a bathroom with a camera, the client installed monitoring us, in all my years of business i have never been put in that situation,my apprentice and i felt violated, violation of workers rights,my apprentice felt nervous and anxious, no one should have to work under these conditions.i reported these actions to my union and they are looking into the matter.

Their claim that a camera was installed to monitor them is tally false. We spoke about the camera, and we shared a light-hearted conversation about taking photos.

I asked them if they minded if I took progress shots and they said that was fine. The progress shots were only done when I was home and present to operate the camera, which due to my work (full-time job) was around 10% of their time on site. At NO time did they raise any concerns about me taking photos.

I can appreciate they may not be happy with my previous review, but this does not justify their false accusations. Buyer beware.

we never had any conversation about the camera or any photos taken while we were working,maybe u said something to the other trades but we

did not have any conversation about it....
