Empire body and mechanical repairs

I've sent my car to Empire for last two services, using vouchers. On both occasions I received great customer service and car service. I'm usually very wary of mechanics as some seem to take advantage of females who they assume will agree to any work at any cost if they are told they need it. Empire are reliable and honest. No work done that doesn't need to be. Fantastic pick up and clean included makes them stand out from the rest. I will continue to use Empire and know my car is in good hands with no rip offs!

Avoid - Had a groupon voucher for a service so expected a bit of up-selling which would have been fine except they quoted ridiculous $$$'s for minor repair (I rang 3 other shops nearby and all 3 were at least $100 cheaper for same repair) so I said not to go ahead with it. When I picked car up it was filthy, greasy fingerprints on door handles/mirrors, dirty foot wells and bad attitude from reception staff.

Got a voucher for Empire Mechanics and was very impressed. Staff were really helpful, and did an excellent job. Will definately return.

Charlie and Patrick and the lads at Empire were very professional and thorough. I had a voucher and they completed the service as well as a rego check without any fuss at all and no surprise charges. On arrival they came out to greet me, very polite and friendly and completed the service on schedule. The car came back sparkling and clean inside and out and most importantly with a very high standard service. They even signed the log book! The team here at Empire are a breath of fresh air, they are passionate about their work and about customer service! Highly recommended.

I send my car there to Empire body mechanic for service after 5000km, the package included change oil. But after i drove for 2000km after service, my car broke down on the middle of motorway, i send it to a mechanic i know. They said there is hardly any oil in it, after service only about 3 months, my mechanic said if oil was refill properly, it can not be empty that fast. That my experience. I will never never go back there again.
