Have fun, get fit and make friends learning the original swing dances of the 1920s, 30s and 40s at Empire Swing Brisbane's local Swing Dance School. We have fun teaching Lindy Hop, Charleston, Blues and Balboa.

We have beginner Swing Dance classes run in a block style format in a variety of locations around Brisbane.

*Start with a group of new friends that are all at the same level as you.

*If you have two left feet this is the perfect place to start.
*No experience or partner needed.
*Quicker class progression.
*Lots of fun.

Swing Shack - the best swing dance social in Brisbane.
As well as classes, Empire Swing put on a fortnightly dance social in Brisbane called Swing Shack. This social dance event starts at 730pm with an Absolute Beginners taster class which is a great way of introducing your friends to the fun world of Swing Dancing. After the class, it is social dancing to fantastic DJ'd swing music that will get your toes tapping and up dancing in no time at all.
