As a Birth Doula, I offer emotional, educational and physical support during pregnancy (2-3 visits), labour and childbirth (i'm 'on-call' from 38-42wks), and provide an all-important de-brief usually a week after the birth. I help you create a birth plan and offer essential information about the hospital system, birthing centres and homebirthing so that you know your rights and choices as a birthing couple. I assist in helping you overcome fears, worries, and negative thoughts around the birth, breastfeeding or parenting. I'm there to help you feel relaxed, positive and empowered through every step of the way. I'm available for a chat on phone or email whenever you need. For the Birth Doula package the total investment is $1300 (inc. FREE Holistic Kinesiology session worth $150) OR $1100 if paid upfront.
