Thank You for a great session on Wednesday. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in the door. However by the end of the session, I felt like the weight on my shoulders had lifted and I didn't feel stressed.
Over the last two days, I have felt the change and am feeling so much better now. Plus you gave me tools & techniques to use if I ever feel stressed again.
