My car was damage was thoroughly assessed minutes after I pulled into the driveway, and approved within 12 hours. Great attention to detail, and they were happy to give honest information regarding other car 'eccentricities'.
I was kept updated before, and during, all stages of the repair. I would highly recommend ECCR to anyone....certainly no 'Dodgy Brothers' here! :-)
