Such bad service I paid for a hour facial spent most of that time being given a cup of tea before starting . The facial was the worst I have ever had when I complained they said they where sorry that I was disappointed they know they have had complaints about the way this girl gives a massage but never a facial. For what I paid I could have 3 facials down at Haymarket and felt I got value. When they sent me a survey the next day via email there is a section if you would like to speak to management about your service I ticked yes with my phone number and of cause no one rang me. Will never go back there again
Very disappointed in this spa.
Endota spa in general is nice but this particular spa is horrible. The customer service is awful. The management is rude. Will never return here and advise others to stay away. The tea offered was cold and bitter. The therapist were on the personal mobiles during the treatment. Very unprofessional. They were rough and rude. Horrible place!
