If I could give less than one star I would. I've been to a number of endotas and can honestly say this was the most disappointing experience. My partner and I booked a fairly expensive treatment, about $700 between us. When we arrived the spa had only booked one of us in. It was then suggested that it was our miscommunication even though we had been advised the original time we had requested wasn't possible as they couldn't do two at once. The venue then suggested that we might like a "part treatment"?! How you provide a part treatment for a couple, I have no idea. After waiting for them to sort something out, we advised that we'll go back to our room to wait and can be contacted on our mobile. We're still waiting for the call and something that resembles an apology. Avoid this amateur venue and aim for something more professional.
I had the pleasure of taking my daughter to Endota at Lorne for some special mother-daughter pampering in a double room. The staff were very helpful & friendly & made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The products were lovely & we left feeling relaxed & invigorated. I would highly recommend the salon - we are certainly looking forward to our next visit!
I received the 'Be all end all' treatment at Endota, I found to be amazingly relaxing and all the staff were such a bunch of lovely girls which made my experience all the better!
I would would highly recommend this spa to any others travelling to Lorne. Worth the trip!
What a terrible experience, I booked as a surprise for a friend tge booking was cancelled by venue as the staff we're running late, we re-booked for the following day with no compensation for the inconvenience and then the treatment itself was disappointing. Will never go back
