Endota Spa Melbourne

Didn’t have a good experience here when I went in for a $150 special- 45 min massage and 45 facial. On arrival the spa was presented lovely and I was excited to relax and enjoy my treatment. As soon as I lay down that when everything started going haywire. The lady ask where I would like massaged and I told her the areas then she proceeded. I then said it’s a facial as well right. She wasn’t sure and left the room returning 2 mins later confirming yes a facial as well. She finished the massage and I though wow that was quick I must have been really relaxed. She proceeded with the facial and having had facials at endota before I knew when she said it was finished (very quickly again) that something was not right. I said really, was that 45 minutes. I've been going to this spa for approximately five years now and in the past I would have given it four to five stars. My experience today was less than exemplary - the therapist was brusque and heavy handed and when I raised my preferences regarding a less oily finish (the mask is left on for this particular treatment) my therapist suggested I deal with the matter myself then promptly left the treatment room. Unprofessional and rude. Would no longer recommend.

The absoloute worst experience of my life!!

I was booked in for a wax and microdermabrasion facial. The girl doing the treatment at first started with the facial and only ran the microdermabrasion tool on my face for barely 5 minutes, and wasted time on massages, which isn't a bad thing, but that's not what I went in for!!. She then says we are running out of time and that she will put a mask on my face and let it sit while she does my wax and see's how much she can do of my wax, which I didn't really understand what she meant by that. ...read more

Not a place to get a facial unfortunately.

They schedule their appointments back to back so much so I felt rushed throughout the session.

Firstly I came in 20minutes early as requested however was made to wait for 30minutes as the session started later than scheduled because the therapist was running behind. ...read more

Endota Flinders Lane is centrally located in the paris end of Really enjoyed my endota. Melbourne. Really easy booking funciton as you can book online and they also do a couples package. My massage was simply amazing and they were very professional. Had a very enjoyable weekend. I got the bloke massage package for my partner for his birthday and he also had a very relaxing experience.
