down to earth heaven - a place for both male and female to have all beauty and wellness treatments (facials,massage,body scrubs) of exceptional quality at affordable prices.we have 5 treatment rooms with two double treatment rooms where you can also enjoy a beautiful spa after your treatment. We do all beauty treatments including threading which is an ancient form of hair removal more natural and gentle than wax. We have our own certified organic range plus we work with Dermalogica. Our therapists are specialist trained in both products.
Whatever the treatment, either a quick maintenance wax or a deluxe 5 hour package you will be treated with exceptional service and feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you leave.

They were so rude and condescending over the phone that I didnt bother going in and using the voucher I received as a gift. It was such a shame because I was really looking forward to having a treat. But the whole point of a spa is to feel calm, relaxed and refreshed. After what should have been a simple, polite phone conversation, I was left feeling shaken and upset...anything but, calm, relaxed and refreshed!
