Endota Spa Williamstown

Massive shout out to Caitlyn from Endota Williamstown! Such an amazing experience. My brows are on fleek and I couldn’t be happier with my deep recovery massage. 10/10 thanks girl!

Booked a spa treatment package. The beauty therapist was running behind so quite flustered, a friendly girl but young and nervous. Doesn't start you out in a great frame of mind.
Room was too hot, I sweated through the treatment, my face wasn't cleaned off properly leaving white exfoliating beads on my face/neck/hairline.
Pedicure was also rushed, nail polish was smudged off the nail and messy.
Not what you expect for the price you pay. I want to feel relaxed and rejuvenated, not rushed and messy.

I was booked in yesterday for an 1 & 1/2 remedial massage, from the time I made the booking it was handled very professional followed by a text message closer to the date confirming. On arrival, I was seated in their small lounge and offered tea or water. The place was nicely setup to create the relaxing atmosphere. The person who was looking after me Kat was just lovely & professional. She handled the remedial massage with care and focused carefully on the area in which I discussed earlier. The cost for the session was $165, it is a premium however the service you get from the overall experience is well worth it.
