Do not recommend, disappointing experience, very poor communication from spa manager.

Very deceptively innocent from the outside, but once you enter the space, it is just beautiful, relaxing and treatments are amazing! I stumbled accross Endota Crows Nest last June, and have been hooked ever since. It is just a necessary treat that needs to occur monthly. I have had a variety of treatments and have never once been disappointed. The team are great, the ambience superb, the treatments - just incredible. An altogether wonderful find!!!!!

A very relaxing experience, at the top of Willoughby Rd Crows Nest. Very clean environment and comfy plinth to lie on, the time passed quickly and I felt relaxed and healthy after. Staff nice, and great that you can buy gift vouchers . Park close by in the new Woolworths Centre.

Execllent service and lovely massage. so relaxing. However I really didn't like the way they get the therapist to then sell you their beauty products as soon as you get up off the bed and are still in your 'zen' place. it's off. firstly, you have just paid a premium price for a great treatment. secondly it's unfair to put you in that situation . Even if they did it at the sales desk after it would be slightly better. But i don't think they should do it at all. really undid all the relaxation. for this reason i would not recommend it. its a shame because the therapist was lovely. she was just part of a greedy business model that does more harm than good. i'll get my relaxation elsewhere.

After a long bout of being ill, sore and tired, I decided to spoil myself and book myself in for a massage.

I booked a pregnancy massage online and received a call almost immediately to confirm my details. The person I spoke to over the phone and in person when I arrived were lovely and professional, as was the massage therapist.

On arrival, I was offered some water or tea and ushered into a waiting room to fill out some details before I was greeted by the therapist who took me into the massage room. The massage started off with a foot scrub and massage, before I was asked to lie on the table/bed.

Not having had a pregnancy massage before, I was curious as to how it would work. They'd provided pillows for my head and a long pillow so that I could lie on my side. The therapist was great -- the massage was firm but relaxing enough that I snoozed off at various points. :)
