I found Energex Customer Care to be unhelpful. When we had a complaint regarding their reading of our electricity meter, their response was - lodge a dispute with Integral. But all Integral did was forward our complaint to Energex! Who again responded with a negative. My experience of Energex customer care is that it is very poor.
Brilliant company - compared to the competition, it kick arse.
Sadly, I cannot see any competition around. There is no choice. Our experience of Energex, to be specific, is that they mis-read our electricity meter several months ago and we were expected to pay for electricity we had not used. It is only now after using an official Moderator, to be specific, that they, along with Integral Energy, have finally got our bill correct! No apology is offered to us.
