Energy Air

Honestly one of the most deceiving companies to get a system installed by. I know of builders who now refuse to use this company. We have had no less than 5 issues in 12 months. While the technician who was sent out worked tirelessly to fix our issue when he came out. It was clear that the administration and upper mangerment had no care or sense of integrity when it came to dealing with me as a customer. They shirked responsibility and lied about problems that were admitted to being there from their shotty installation work.

This company even removed their google reviews so that people cannot easily see how often they fail their customers.

It wasn't Until I said I would have to go to consumer affairs that I was actually able to speak to the director of the company. I would honestly give zero stars if I could.

Im giving 2 stars for a visit I had from the Techniscian from Energy Air to inspect a noisy brand new Fujitsu Aircon.
Techniscian turned up on time had a few munites to explained the issue we are having. Techniscian went off to do his thing and about 20 minutes later joined me in the bedroom so we could review the findings of the noise issue.

TEN STARS!! We have had Energy Air do a variety of air conditioning for us for more over 10 years and they are by far the best! Always punctual, courteous and above all they are experts in their field and do what they say they will do. We are so happy that we can call on Energy Air for all of our air conditioning and electrical needs, and we always know we'll get outstanding service without any nasty or costly surprises! Highly recommend Energy Air!!

Energy Air was recommended to us by our daughter who had her split Daikin system installed in her house a couple of years ago (she was exceptionally happy and mentioned that the team were very courteous and the system runs perfect). Didn't really want to get our townhouse at the coast air-conditioned but the family wanted it so i called Ben at Energy Air , then went to their office at Tingalpa to discuss. Very impressed. Ben made us feel very comfortable and when the two split systems were installed i was very happy. The price came in as discussed and the boys were on time and were very tidy and took pride in their work. Would recommend to anyone!

We are exceptionally happy with the service we received from Energy Air. From begginging to end our whole installation experience was made so smooth and easy thanks to the team. We highly recommend using Energy Air for your air conditioning needs, we certainly will be for services etc in the years to come!
