I am a NSW customer and just signed up for the online Myaccount with Energy Australia. Easy to manage your monthly or quaterly usage, plenty of payment options and even with a higher bill you can make payment arrangements after the due date. I find the discounts of 15% for paying by the due date amazing and it already saved me heaps on my bills!
