Just finished my chat with the online customer service and this is on Friday a public holiday this easter! Have to say that I am pleased with the service and I even got a better energy rate reccomendet which will save me another $ 55 a quater. Very happy and can only reccomend ny energy supplier to my friends and neighbours.
Ive been utilizing Energy Australia for quite some time now for both my home gas and electricity bundle. In comparing to others they have been the most competitive in the market in terms of bundle offers and discount without any contract terms. They have been quite good from a customer service perspective and in meeting the discount rate that others are offering in the market to remain competitive. The only downfall I have experience by far is their billing systems always seems to have some form of issue each time there is an update with your agreement. Whether its incorrectly billed, not correct the rate. Unless youre aware of it and in raising it with them they will fix it right away, however for most people they just see the bill and simply pay for it without paying much attention to what is on the actual bill.
