Obviousl a new owner butt I engaged this company 10 years ago to instal a Rinnai gas boosted solar hot water heating to my home believing they had the expertise to complete the installation as per the Rinnai requirements. I have had no reason to check the systenm until I realised recently the circulating pump had failed ( no idea when - could have been years ago)!! In the process of obtaining a replacement pump I have discovered that the system was never installed as per the Rinnai installation instructions and because of this I would never have achieved anywhere near the efficiency of the system if I achieved any at all. I contacted the salesperson ( still working for them) to point out the problem with the installation. He agreed that it was installed incorrectly but relayed to me that no warranty is applicable as it was such a long period ago, I don't disagree with the warranty period but would have expected some expertise in the installation in the ...read more
