I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions and I must say the pricing is great, but the inexperienced customer service operators are no help what so ever. I called the cust serv line at least 8 times requesting to speak to a manager with each one giving a different excuse each time. When a manager finally called back ofter weeks to fix their incorrect billing, they tried to say they would give me a free mth of line rental which i was entitled to as it was not yet set up. In all i recieved no free mth and alot of time wasted and frustration due to lack of Cust service skills within this company.
