Most disgusting behaviour ever. Still shocked at the treatment we received. It is people like this who are killing retail in Australia.totally Unacceptable. We, my husband and 2 kids went to enhance castle hill on Thursday the 25th of July to buy a dining suite. We stood there for nearly 15 mins talking and looking at the provincial dining suite which was $2999. Not even once did the man sitting at his computer lifted his head and acknowledged our presence, said hello or asked us if we needed help. We kept waiting and nothing. We were just a few inches from where he was sitting but he just ignored us completely. I told my husband we should just leave.
