FASTEST GROWING WOMENS ONLY GYM - NORTHERN BEACHES SYDThis all women's gym is located in the heart of Brookvale. With over 16 group classes per week ranging from functional weight training, boxing, functional core, dance, mobility flexibility classes, MMA inspired works out, women's only self defence classes, mums/bubs classes and SO MUCH MORE!! This gym is run by motivated women who are professionals in what they teach. There is no female gym in Sydney like Enliven Coaching, it has become so popular we have had to add more classes to accommodate to the growing number of women joining.
Becky Shaw owner and operator has created this space for women to help inspire, encourage and motivate them with like minded women. Creating a platform for all women to join no matter the shape and size they are!!
Enliven coaching has also been a finalist 2015 in the Northern Beaches business awards within their first year of business, the gym was such a hit and the support from females all across the beaches has been incredible.
